I just enrolled in HMI .

I don't know where this came from but I was thinking. There are 4 things that really scare me 1: Wakening up next to someone you truly love and finding out they passed away! 2: Wakening up in a hospital not knowing what happened, why you are there and how you got there! 3: Watching your parents / brother / sister or person that took care of you when you grew up die! 4: Dieing! The first 3 I've lived threw and as you can see I haven't died yet. Number 1 even to this day scares me the most, it has had an adverse effect on my personal life, as to me not giving my all to new relationships. It also makes me not want to start any new relationships or to try and to rekindle any past ones either. The relationships I have had when we would sleep together I basically never slept well, I would lie there and listen to the person breath and when I did fall asleep any odd noise would startle me awake. I would worry my self so much that I would do stupid thing to try and make myself not to love the other person and I still do this. The second one is number 2 ( OK I put them in order ) this has happened to me twice now. The first time was Aug. 26th 1986 16:37 ( both the clock on my motorcycle and my watch stopped at that time). I went to go visit a girl I was interested in dating I had rode my bike to her house in Rockledge Fl. I arrived at her house around 15:30 and she came to the door ( don't want to say her name I think to this day she believes that the accident was her fault) and told me that she couldn't let me in till her parents came home. So being the gentle man I am I went to get a burger and wait the hour to go see her and thats all I remember. The next thing that I remember was telling some one that I had to pee and that person was my brother (he is a male nurse), this I remember more like a dream. When I woke up my mouth was very dry and the room was freezing, I could sense more than anything that I wasn't alone. I did my best to call out and ask for a drink and they brought me a diet cola and I passed out. After they shot me up with epinephrin ( found out I was allergic to man made sweeteners at that point in time)I found out I was in the recovery room at Wuesthoff hospital in Rockledge. I passed back out and woke up in a room at this point the nurse told me that I had been in a accident. I called my parents and told them where I was and they told me they were on there way up and then ( at 3:30) I called my boss telling him I wasn't going to be at work in the morning. I was really scared it took me another day to totally comprehend what happened. The third I have lost both my parents. My mom first then a couple years later my dad passed away. Then in 2020 I reconected with my sister Mary she had just been released from the hospital after having a double brest masectomy. A few months later she collaped in the street and before she could get help passed away. I have another sister named Anderia and a brother Phillip. Neither of which I am in contact with. My beother took my parents homer and sold it out from under ther rest of the family so he basicly stole from all of us. My sister andria is married and lives in Ct. and again I don't have any contact with her.So this I have now lived threw and the last one you may never know when that happens.

Tom was cornered, and Sallouhs knew that he had him at last. Sallouhs took aim and pulled the trigger and missed. The wall behind Tom exploded just to the right of him, sending huge chunks rock and Tom slamming to the mine floor. Sallouhs knew his weapon well, and knew that he shouldn't have missed. Taking a step closer he aimed again and squeezed the trigger. This time the floor right where Tom laid just a second ago burst into a million fragments of shrapnel, sending a cloud of dust into the air making it nearly impossible to see or breath. Sallouhs had no problem breathing though. It was like the ash fields where he grew up on Daphon, however back then he had his goggles to help him see threw the thick clouds. He also didn't need to see Tom, when he could hear Tom's labored breathing and movement. Taking a steady aim at the point he heard the heartbeat and pulled the trigger again. This time, the wall right next to Tom flung itself outward toward both men. Pieces of which hit Tom from all directions disorientating him. Tom did not know which way to go the echos grew larger and the small space seemed even larger now. The sounds echoing back and forth with the rock and dust coming from every angle in the tunnel. Tom fell to a knee, tightly clasping his right hand over his ear trying to stop the deafening roar that he now heard. That sound, however, was just his own body repairing itself. Through the dust he could see Sallouhs, but not hear him anymore. He recognized the weapon that Sallouhs held in his hand, Tom knew from experience that Sallouhs was stronger than he, although not quite as fast. The roar was now just a smattering of white noise that was more bearable and less pain full than a few seconds ago. He could make out Sallouhs calling out “Tom, are you there I know I got you that time. Are you dead or just playing at it again? I can smell the blood Tom!” Tom felt a small amount of blood in his right hand ( from his burst ear drum) and a rock near his left hand on the floor. Tom thought of several things that he could do. Quickly running through the scenarios in his mind; throw the rock at Sallouhs's head, it wouldn't kill him, Tom even doubted that it would hurt him, so he threw out that one and the next two ideas. Consequently, Tom picked up the rock and threw it over his left shoulder just as he rolled to the right. Sallouhs fell for the feint. He raised the weapon and started moving towards the sound. Tom could feel a slight breeze coming from the collapsed wall and sensed that there was a chamber just beyond. He waited for Sallouhs to approach. When he become even with him, Tom caught the weapon in his right hand and hit the release button for the energy pack. The pack disengaged and flew off into the dust cloud, slightly distracting Sallouhs, allowing Tom the split second of time he needed to throw his entire body weight onto Sallouhs's supportive leg. With his free arm, Sallouhs caught Tom square in the right ear instantly bringing back the deafening noise again. Tom rolled back into the wild, whirling dust storm, shouting out to Sallouhs, “Don't fire again! Do you know the one flaw that weapon has?” Ignoring Tom's warning Sallouhs pulled the trigger on the weapon, however, the energy didn't go the way Sallouhs wanted it to go. Instead the last charge made the weapon explode in his hand, shear pain ripped through Sallouhs as the shock-wave hit. With the realization that his weapon blew up taking his right hand and most of his forearm in the blast. Sallouhs's shoulder and the right side of his body took the rest of the concussive force. His battered body fell to the floor. Tom could sense that Sallouhs was close to dying as he walked over to him. Sallouhs looked up at Tom, and in the strongest voice he could muster, which was barely a whisper, he asked “You're not human - what are you?” Tom said “I am human, well half human - half Altearian!” “What are you doing here?” Came the next question. “Protecting the future, from you!”, replied Tom Sallouhs said “I'm dying!” with a sadistic grin on his face. I just saw a movie tonight that got me thinking, I have a hard time dealing with who I've become. I know that some things are out of my hands but for the things that are not I've made wrong decisions.I know I can't change the bad ones in the past but I can try my best to do the right thing and not for other people but for me. My physical being is in shambles I've had 4 surgeries on my lower back and I can tell it helped but I am not the same. I miss my wife Debbie this would have been our fifth anniversary and 14 years together I know she is in a better place but the heart still aches. I'm at a place that should feel like home and at times it does, but some times I feel like I don't belong. I know I should make due with what I have but if all you have is pain and misery there isn't much you can do with that.

Find the man

This is bizarre - after you find the guy - it's so obvious. Once you find him - it's embarrassing, and you think, Why didn't I see him immediately?

Doctors have concluded that if you find the man in the coffee beans in 3 seconds, your right half of your brain is better developed than most people. If you find the man between 3 seconds and 1 minute, your right half of the brain is developed normally. If you find the man between 1 minute and 3 minutes, then the right half of your brain is functioning slowly and you need to eat more protein. If you have not found the man after 3 minutes, the advice is to look for more of this type of exercise to make that part of the brain stronger!!!

And, yes there is a man....
